35grams of yarn needed

K2tog = knit 2 stitches together

Rows 1-5: *k1, p1 repeat from * until end of the row.

Rows 6-10: *p1, k1 repeat from * until end of the row

Repeat rows 1-10 once more

Continue in

*K1, p1 repeat until end of the row   

Repeat this row until the hat measures 7inches from cast on.

Cut off a long tail and thread through remaining stitches. Pull tight and sew down seam. Fold up brim.
