Arabella’s blanket 

you will need:

4mm needles

200grams/604yards for preemie, 300grams/906yards for baby and 400grams/1208 yards Of Dk yarn for cot 

Yarn needle

 

Abbreviations:

k- knit

p- purl

St- stitches

Measures when completed- preemie 25x25inches or 63x63cm

                                                   Baby 31x31inches or 78x78cm 

                                                   Cot 39x39inches or 99x99cm

 

Cast on Preemie 125stitches, Baby 155 stitches and for Cot 195stitches

Rows 1-21: knit

Rows 22 & 24: k10, *p5, k5 repeat from * until the last 10st, k10

Row 23 & alternative rows: knit

Rows 26 & 28: k15, p5, *k5, p5 repeat from * until the last 15st, k15

Repeat rows 21-28 until the desired length has been reached.

Knit 21 rows and cast off. Weave in any ends using the yarn needle.
