Twisted rib
ear warmer
Lovely ear warmer pattern that is stretchy and
comfortable to wear. Due to the stretch, I would advise to measure your head
and adjust length accordingly.
You will need: 7mm needles, chunky yarn, cable
needle, tapestry needle
Cast on using 7mm needles and chunky yarn. (If
you are a loose knitter, then reduce your needle size to a 6mm.)
12
stitches for baby 20grams
14
stitches for toddler 30grams
16
stitches for child 48grams
20 stitches for adult 58grams
24 stitches for extra wide adult 65 grams
Increase stitches to make wider, keep number
of stitches an even amount. I knitted the above ear warmers using paintbox
simply chunky yarn, you can use any chunky yarn you like.
